BMW’s Neue Klasse debut
BMW unveiled the iX3, its first EV built on the new Neue Klasse platform. With up to 805 km WLTP range and 400 kW fast charging, it signals a new era of software-driven, high-performance EVs arriving in 2026.
Mercedes-Benz GLC EV
Mercedes introduced the all-electric GLC 400 4MATIC with a range of up to 713 km, featuring new EQ Technology and vegan-certified interiors — highlighting luxury and sustainability combined.
Volkswagen’s affordable EV Push
Volkswagen announced the ID. Polo (launching 2026) and the ID. EVERY1 concept, aiming to make EVs accessible with prices potentially under €25,000, expanding fleet electrification options.
Hyundai’s Urban Vision
Hyundai debuted the Concept THREE, a compact, stylish EV designed for European cities, emphasizing modular interiors and sustainable materials — signaling a stronger presence in urban fleet markets.
Chinese OEMs expanding in Europe
Chinese manufacturers like BYD and GAC showed serious intent to grow in Europe, bringing competitive pricing and new models that could reshape fleet choices.

IAA Mobility 2025 confirmed the electric transition is fully underway — with longer ranges, faster charging, smarter software, and more affordable models driving the future of fleet and urban mobility.
